Monthly camps at 321 sports, Hudayriat Island

Empire Rugby Academy continues to grow! Following the success of our Dubai programmes, we are proud to offer camps at 321 Sports, Hudayriat Island.

The first camp took place on Sunday 31st August at 321 Sports, Hudayriyat Island, bringing together female athletes for a full day of high-performance training and development.

The day was packed with:

• Rugby pitch sessions

• Strength & conditioning profiling

• A nutrition seminar

• Guided pool recovery

We welcomed U14, U16, and U19 female players, each given the opportunity to learn, compete, and grow in an empowering and supported rugby environment.

With incredible coaches at Camp 1, such as Peter Stringer (98 caps for Ireland) and Georgia Barber (UAE & Abu Dhabi Harlequins), our players gained world-class insights and inspiration. We have now completed 5 camps and our participation numbers are growing, each session ensures player development and most importantly we have fantastic enthusiasm from all players involved!
