Introducing the launch of Empire Next Gen!

Empire Rugby Academy is delighted to launch “Next Gen Empire, Introduction to Contact”, a new programme designed specifically for U10–U13 girls in the UAE. 

We are excited to welcome younger players into the Empire pathway and support their development within the game. 

With the recent introduction of contact rugby through DASSA, we will be delivering a dedicated Introduction to Contact block this term to help prepare players for this transition.

This programme is designed to support girls moving from rippa to contact rugby in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. It will cater for both players who are completely new to contact and those who may have had previous experience.

Our aim is to build confidence, develop key skills, and ensure all players feel comfortable and prepared as they take this next step in their rugby journey.

Empire has already supported over 100 girls from across the UAE through our senior academy, and we are proud to continue growing the game by creating opportunities for the next generation.

We look forward to welcoming more players into the Empire community and helping them develop a lifelong love for rugby.
