First Showcase Game

April’s launch of Empire Rugby Academy built towards a special milestone, our very first showcase game at the end of Term 1.

Over ten weeks, athletes developed their skills through high-quality coaching, strength & conditioning, and specialist sessions. The showcase match was the perfect opportunity to put everything into practice on the pitch.

Players demonstrated the progress they had made, from improved fitness and technical ability to stronger game awareness and teamwork. The event also gave parents and supporters the chance to see first-hand the impact of the programme.

The atmosphere reflected exactly what Empire Rugby Academy stands for: ambition, opportunity, and excellence in women’s rugby.

This showcase was only the beginning. With more programmes and camps ahead, we are proud to be driving the growth of female rugby in the UAE and providing pathways for the next generation of athletes.
